Newcastle to Edinburgh Bike Ride

On Monday 21st August 2023 a group of Taxi & Coach drivers are once again swapped horse power for peddle power when they set off from Newcastle to cycle the 200+ miles to Edinburgh via the Coast and Castles Cycle Route.

Over the 4 day ride, they passed through Tynemouth, Blyth, Amble, Seahouses, Bamburgh, Berwick, Kelso, and Melrose before arriving at Edinburgh.
Along the 200 mile route they will climb almost 10,000 feet!

They are hoping to raise vital funds for Heel & Toe Children’s Charity from Pelton and The Peoples Kitchen, Newcastle. (Fund raising links will added in due course.
