During the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic Stanley Travel have been working alongside the Government and Trade Associations to ensure we are adhering to and following the latest advice to keep you safe whilst traveling in our taxis, busses and coaches.
We’ve developed extensive policies and risk assessments for all types of operation including bus services, home to school transport and private hire. These can be supplied on request.

Are Stanley Travel still open?
We are very much back to business and are officially ‘Good to Go’. Our Booking Office is back to being open 24 hrs per day, every day. Our General Office is open during normal business hours of 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. For any queries outside of these times, please call our 24-hour number – 01207 230 000.
What measures have we put in place to reduce the spread of COVID-19 to protect passengers & staff?
Stanley Travel are committed to reducing the spread of any disease and maintain the health of our staff and passengers. We are adhering with all government guidelines, social distancing (where necessary) and delivering our service in accordance with current travel legislation. We have been closely following the government guidance relating to the transport industry and have developed effective procedures that are followed by every member of staff when using our vehicles prior, during and after each hire.
Is there any guidance I/we should consider before travelling?
In England, the government has enacted Plan B in response to the risks of the coronavirus (COVID-19) Omicron variant. Face coverings are required by law in most indoor spaces, in transport hubs and on public transport. This includes taxis and private hire vehicles.
