Emmerdale – Village Tour
Follow in the footsteps of Yorkshire’s best loved soap-stars as you visit the outdoor Emmerdale village set. When the cameras stop rolling, the gates are opened as cast and crew down scripts for the weekend to allow you to enjoy an exclusive tour of the popular fictional village. This fully guided walking tour of the exterior set takes around 90 minutes, as it is a working TV set.
Pickering 1940s War Time Weekend
We return again for this popular day trip, where Pickering’s streets come alive with the 1940s war time theme. Join in the fun and re-live those war time reminiscences.
The world-famous Illuminations need little introduction, attracting some 3m visitors every year. As well as the miles of traditional festoons along the Promenade, there are now extraordinary 3D projection shows on the front of the Blackpool Tower building. This tour leaves the North East one hour later than our usual departures, and leaves Blackpool to return home at 10.00pm giving you time to view the illuminations at your leisure.
Please Note – the coach does not travel through the lights on the return.

Whitby (Gothic Weekend*)
Whitby is one of Yorkshire’s beautiful seaports and always a customer favourite. Dominated by the clifftop ruins of a 13th century Abbey, this popular music festival is associated with Bram Stoker’s gothic novel, “Dracula”. Participants parade around the town in their gothic costume, some embracing the Halloween theme and some celebrate the town’s link to Dracula. A great day for all the family!

Edinburgh Shopping or Edinburgh Zoo
Enjoy a day out in Scotland’s fine capital city, dropping off passengers in the centre, who wish to visit the city. We then proceed onto Edinburgh Zoo. Departing the zoo at 4.30pm and from the city centre at 5.00pm for our journey home.

York and McArthur Glen Designer Outlet
Spend time in the medieval city of York, home of York Minster, the Castle Museum, the Railway Museum, York Dungeons and many more places of interest. In the early afternoon we then take you to the McArthur Glen Designer Outlet on the outskirts of York where you can find many designer shops from Michael Kors, Ted Baker, French Connection and many more, all full of the must-have bargains.
South Lakes Safari Zoo
We return to the South Lakes Safari Zoo where you can walk freely amongst many of the animals, hand feed the penguins, giraffes, kangaroos, rhinos, tigers and bears to name but a few. Always a great day out for all the family.
Scarborough (Bank Holiday Monday)
Scarborough is the original seaside resort with stunning scenery and glorious beaches. There is lots to see and do in Scarborough. You can immerse yourself in history with Scarborough Castle or venture along the sea front and enjoy the sandy beaches, traditional amusements, ice cream parlours and gift shops. There is something to do for everyone!
