Dear Sir/Madam

We are writing to say how much we enjoyed our trip to London with your company last weekend. We had booked the visit through Omega holidays and did not know what to expect as this was the first time we had been on such a trip.

On receiving the itinerary from Omega we were still not sure what would happen, but from the minute we left Scotch Corner with our driver Mark we knew we where in safe hands. His attitude towards his passengers, the cleanliness of the bus and the timetable he gave us could not have been better. He was polite, prompt and his driving was so smooth that many of us managed a quick snooze. Please pass on our thanks for his professionalism which allowed us to relax.
