I just felt compelled to contact you as regards one of your drivers. For the good might I add before you worry. My son and I arrived at Durham station early this morning for a uni visit. One of the ambassadors for Durham told us where to catch the bus where we found the 0905 40B waiting for us. I would just like to say that the driver was the most helpful, polite driver you could ask for. Nothing was too much trouble he told and helped us with all we wanted to know and more without being rushed or rude. People are so quick to complain when something is wrong but I just felt you needed to know as you probably already know what a great guy you have in your employment.
