I just wanted to drop a line to let you know how helpful your organisation has been to us for transporting our young people from Durham to the College, when I had to change the times of pick up and particularly when I had to request a change in time due to the bad weather it was arranged quickly without any fuss.

We also had one of our young people leave his iPhone on the bus last week and as soon as I telephoned the bus was checked and I received a call back quickly, from that the driver who came to collect them that day was also very helpful in checking when he returned to the depot and thankfully the phone was returned.
