If you contact the taxi office and need a certain size vehicle or a wheelchair accessible one, you must make this known to the booking operator.
Additionally to that, we run a popular text service for pre-booked taxis, ensuring you receive three text messages – one to ensure your vehicle is booked, another to tell you it’s on its way to you and the third to tell you it has arrived.
On top of all those amazing features, we also have our Android App, this is the perfect way to watch where your taxi is in real time, so you know when it’s time to leave the house.
The app will also tell you the make, model, colour and registration number of the car so you know what to look out for.
